RocketMerit helps you grow your career. Book 1:1 sessions with experienced mentors, and run or join LinkedIn and GitHub campaigns. Everything runs on Merit Tokens (MT): buy or earn MT, spend it on sessions and campaigns, and withdraw what you earn.

Yes. Creating an account and browsing are free. You must be 16 or older to sign up, and 18 or older to withdraw money or book a mentor. You only pay when you buy MT.

Tap Sign in and enter your email. We send you a 6-digit code, so there's no password to remember. You can also continue with Google, LinkedIn or Apple. The first sign-in creates your account.

Wait a minute, then check your spam or junk folder. Outlook and Hotmail sometimes put our emails there, so mark them as Not junk. Tap Resend to get a new code. Typed a digit wrong? Tap Clear and enter it again. Still stuck? Email support@rocketmerit.com from the address you signed up with.

They're three ways to use the same account. Contributors complete small LinkedIn and GitHub tasks and earn MT. Creators fund campaigns so real people engage with their post, profile or repository. Mentors offer paid 1:1 sessions once their profile is approved. You can do all three.

Go to Profile › Edit Profile. A handle is 3 to 20 characters: lowercase letters, numbers and underscores. You can change it once. Your old handle stays reserved for 30 days so nobody else can grab it.

Go to Profile › Edit Profile. Change your name, bio, city and country, then save. To change your photo, tap it: a Profile photo screen opens where you choose a photo from your library, see it in a circle, and tap Save photo. Changes show straight away everywhere.

Your public page (rocketmerit.com/u/yourhandle) shows your name, photo, bio, location, activity stats, badges and the links you choose. Your earnings stay hidden unless you switch them on. Your email, date of birth and bank details are never shown. To hide a link, open Profile › Connected accounts and turn off Show on profile.

Go to Profile › Connected accounts and add the link to your profile. You can add several accounts per platform and pick one as your default for tasks. Remove one at any time. We never ask for your password, and removing a link doesn't change your account on that site.

RocketMerit is for people 16 and older. Mentorship and cash withdrawals are for people 18 and older, so we ask for your date of birth once, before you use them. It stays private. It isn't shown on your profile, to other users, or on our admin screens. If you entered it wrong, contact support and we'll correct it.

Yes. Sign in the same way on both and you'll see the same wallet, campaigns and sessions.

If you can still sign in, go to Profile › Sessions & Devices and sign out every device you don't recognise. If you signed in with Google, LinkedIn or Apple, secure that account too. Lost access to your email? Write to support@rocketmerit.com from a new address. Include your handle and a recent transaction or booking ID so we can confirm it's you.
