Anyone 18 or older with real professional experience can apply. Tap Become a mentor, fill in your background, skills and services, and send your profile for review.

A person on our team checks every new mentor profile. Until then it shows Waiting for approval and isn't public. If it's approved, it goes live. If not, you get the reason, can fix it and send it again.

Confirming a work email gives you the Verified badge, which helps learners trust you. We send a code to that address, valid for 15 minutes. Your work email is never shown to learners.

Go to Mentor Studio › Services. You can have up to 5 active services, and up to 2 of them can be custom. Each is 30 or 60 minutes. Edit, pause or remove one at any time. Bookings already made stay valid.

Go to Mentor Studio › Availability and set your hours for each day of the week. They repeat every week until you change them. To take a day off, add it as a day off, up to a year ahead. Learners can book up to 8 weeks ahead.

Set a price for each service, up to 100,000 MT. We suggest a range based on your profile. You keep 85% of every settled session and RocketMerit keeps 15%. A 3,000 MT session pays you 2,550 MT.

Open Mentor Studio › Requests. Add your meeting link, then tap Confirm, or tap Decline. You have 24 hours. After that, the request expires and the learner gets their MT back.

It's the share of booking requests you confirmed or declined within 24 hours. Requests the learner cancelled before you answered don't count. Until you've had 5 requests, it shows 100%.

The learner gets a full refund and you earn nothing for that session. A cancellation or no-show also counts against your reviews and reputation, and repeated problems can lead to a review of your account.

After the session, you and the learner confirm it happened. If neither of you reports a problem, it settles automatically 24 hours after the session. Your 85% then lands in your wallet as MT. See it in Mentor Studio › Earnings and cash out from Wallet › Withdraw.
