Go to Wallet › Buy MT, pick a package and choose how to pay. Your MT arrives as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within seconds. Bigger packages include bonus MT, from +2% up to +25%.

On the website: card, Apple Pay and Google Pay (through Stripe), PayPal, and Razorpay for India (UPI, cards, netbanking). In the iPhone app you pay with Apple In-App Purchase. Buying MT in the Android app isn't available yet.

Apple requires in-app credit like MT to be bought through Apple inside the app. You can also buy MT on rocketmerit.com with the other methods. It's the same wallet either way.

They're only on the website, because the app stores require their own payment system inside apps. Buy on rocketmerit.com and the MT shows up in the app too.

These methods add a small processing fee. You see the full price on the Pay button before you pay, and the MT you get is the same.

Most payments arrive within seconds. Refresh your wallet after a few minutes. Still missing? Contact support with your receipt or transaction ID. If money was taken, we add your MT.

Check Wallet › Activity. One purchase there but two charges on your statement usually means one is a temporary hold that your bank drops in a few days. If both charges stay, email support with both receipts and we'll refund the extra one.

MT is meant to be used once it's in your wallet, so there's no self-service refund. We do fix mistakes: a double charge, a payment with no MT, or a wrong amount. Email support with the details. Bought in the iPhone or Android app? Ask Apple or Google for the refund, as they handle those payments.

No. Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, Apple or Google handle your card. RocketMerit never sees or stores your card number.

The payment service you used (Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, Apple or Google) emails you a receipt. Every purchase is also listed in Wallet › Activity. Need an invoice with your business details? Email support.

The MT from that purchase is taken back out of your wallet. If you've already spent it, we may limit some features until the balance is settled. Refunds from Apple or Google can't be reversed by us.
