How can we help?

Your account details (email, name, handle, photo, bio, location), the profile links you add, your date of birth if you gave it, and your activity: campaigns, tasks, bookings, reviews, disputes and wallet transactions. Payout details are kept encrypted. We use this to run RocketMerit, process payments, prevent fraud and meet legal duties.

No, we never sell your information. We only share what's needed with the services that run RocketMerit: Clerk for sign-in, Stripe, PayPal and Razorpay for payments, Resend for email, Google Gemini for RocketAssist, Cloudflare for file storage and Sentry for error reports.

Go to Profile › Data & Privacy and tap Download my data. Your file with your account details and activity downloads straight away.

Go to Profile › Delete account, read what will happen and type DELETE to confirm. For the next 14 days your account is locked except for Withdraw: sign in to restore it, or to take out your MT. After 14 days, deletion is permanent. You can't delete while you have an open dispute or an upcoming session.

Your live campaigns close and their unused budget goes back to your wallet. Work already accepted or approved still gets paid. You have 14 days to withdraw all your MT under the normal rules (18+, minimum 5,000 MT, supported payout country). After that, any MT left is lost. A withdrawal you requested in time is still paid. Your mentor profile is hidden at once. Payment records are kept, as the law requires.

Go to rocketmerit.com/delete-account and enter the email you signed up with. We send a confirmation link that works for one hour. Open it to confirm the account is yours, and deletion starts.

Only what's needed to keep you signed in, plus a little browser storage to remember things like a half-finished campaign. No advertising or tracking cookies, and no Google Analytics. We count page views and app steps with PostHog (EU, without cookies, no names or emails) to improve RocketMerit; you can turn this off under Help improve RocketMerit in Data & Privacy.

You can change your name, photo, bio and location in Profile › Edit Profile, and your links in Profile › Connected accounts. For anything you can't change yourself, like your date of birth, email support@rocketmerit.com and we'll correct it.
