Go to Profile › Preferences and turn Email notifications on or off. It controls optional emails, like reminders. Emails about sign-in codes, payments, withdrawals, safety and support are always sent, because they protect your account and your money.

Check your spam or junk folder, and add noreply@rocketmerit.com to your contacts. Outlook and Hotmail are the most likely to hide our emails. Also check that Email notifications is on in Profile › Preferences.

RocketAssist drafts a comment or reply for eligible tasks, using Google Gemini. It sees the campaign's instructions, the post or code you're responding to, and the length and tone you pick. It never sees your password and never posts anything for you. You review and edit the text before you submit.

You can ask for up to 10 suggestions a minute. Wait a moment and try again. If it couldn't read the post, paste the post text in yourself and it will use that.

Check your internet connection, then close and reopen the app or refresh the page. Update to the latest app version. Still broken? Sign out and back in. If nothing helps, contact support with a screenshot and what you were doing.
