How can we help?

Open the Mentor tab and search by skill, role or company type. Each card shows the mentor's background, price, rating and reply rate. Open a profile to read their services and reviews before you book.

Verified means the mentor confirmed a work email with us. It doesn't guarantee their skills. Reply rate is the share of booking requests they answered within 24 hours, and it shows 100% until they've had 5 requests. Reviews come only from learners who had a session.

Open the mentor's profile, choose a service and a free time, and confirm. The price is shown before you book. You can book up to 8 weeks ahead, and the mentor has 24 hours to confirm. Booking is for people 18 and older.

Your MT is held when you send the request, so the mentor knows the session is paid for. If the mentor declines or doesn't confirm in time, it goes straight back to your wallet.

If they decline, or don't answer within 24 hours, the full MT goes back to your wallet automatically. You can then book someone else.

Tap Request a time on their profile and tell them which days or times suit you. We let the mentor know so they can open those hours. You can send up to 3 requests a day.

Mentors set their hours in their own time zone, and you see every time converted to yours. Your booking confirmation shows your time zone too.

The mentor adds a meeting link (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex or Jitsi) when they confirm. Open My Sessions and tap the link at the session time.

Cancel in My Sessions. 24 hours or more before the session, you get 100% back. Less than 24 hours before, you get 50% back and the mentor gets 50%. There's no reschedule button yet, so cancel and book a new time.

After the session time, My Sessions asks whether the session happened. Choose that the mentor didn't show up. If the mentor agrees, you get a full refund. If they disagree, we open a dispute and a person reviews it.

After the session, open it in My Sessions and tap Leave a review. Rate it, say whether you reached your goal, and add a comment. You can edit your review for 24 hours.

Your MT is held safely until the session. You get a full refund if the mentor declines, doesn't answer within 24 hours, cancels or doesn't show up, or if you cancel 24 hours or more ahead. Cancel later than that and you get 50% back. Problems after a session go through Report a problem in My Sessions.
