MT & your wallet

What MT is, its value, and what each balance means · 10 questions

MT is RocketMerit's in-app credit. You use it to book mentors and fund campaigns, and you earn it for approved tasks, sessions and referrals. MT isn't money in a bank, a currency or crypto.

100 MT = $1, always. That's our fixed internal value, so 5,000 MT is worth $50.

To make amounts easier to read. The currency follows the country in your profile (for example Germany shows €, India shows ₹); you change the country, and the currency follows. Without a country we use your phone's or browser's region. It's an estimate at today's exchange rate, marked with ≈. When you withdraw, you see the exact amount before you confirm.

Available is MT you can use or withdraw now. Locked is set aside for a campaign, a session request or a withdrawal in progress. Pending is a task reward waiting for the creator's approval. Earned and Cashed out are totals for the time range you picked.

MT is locked while something is in progress. Session requests release it when the session settles, or return it if the request is declined or cancelled. Campaign MT is paid out as tasks are approved, and the unused part comes back when you close the campaign. Withdrawal MT leaves when it's paid, or returns in full if it fails.

It's one wallet seen two ways. Contributor shows what you earned and can cash out. Creator shows what you bought, what's reserved in campaigns, and how long your balance will last.

Wallet › Activity lists every purchase, reward, payment and refund. Wallet › Withdrawals shows each cash-out with its status and payment reference.

No, not while your account is active. If you delete your account, you have 14 days to withdraw all your MT, including unused campaign budget, which goes back to your wallet. Normal withdrawal rules apply: 18+, a minimum of 5,000 MT and a supported payout country. After 14 days, any MT left is lost. We show you this before you confirm deletion.

No. MT can't be moved from one wallet to another.

First look at Locked and Pending: that MT is still yours, just not available yet. Then check the time range on Earned and Cashed out. A purchase can take a few minutes to arrive. Still wrong? Contact support with the transaction ID from Wallet › Activity.
