The form asks for exactly what your country needs. In Europe that's your IBAN. In India, your account number and IFSC. In the US, routing and account number. In the UK, sort code and account number.

Your details are encrypted before they're stored and are only used to send your payouts. You only ever see the last 4 digits. RocketMerit never sells your information.

The fee is 2% of the amount, at least 100 MT and at most 500 MT. So 5,000 MT costs 100 MT and 30,000 MT costs 500 MT. Your exchange rate is locked for 10 minutes once you see the quote.

We review each withdrawal first. After approval, bank transfers take 2 to 4 business days, PayPal 1 to 2, and UPI about 1.

Our team checks every withdrawal before it's sent. This is normal and protects your money.

Requested: we have your request. Processing: it's approved and on its way. Paid: it's sent, with a payment reference. Failed or Rejected: it wasn't sent, and the full MT is back in your wallet.

Cash withdrawals are only for people 18 and older. We save your date of birth once. If it's wrong, contact support and we'll correct it.

No. We email you a single button to confirm both names belong to you. It won't hold up your money.

Check your spam folder first. Then open Wallet › Withdraw › Payout method, pick the account and tap Resend.

Banks can take 1 to 3 business days after we mark it Paid. Still nothing? Contact support with the payment reference from your email.

Go to Wallet › Withdraw › Payout method. Pick a saved account, add a new one, or tap the bin icon to remove one. You can't remove an account while a withdrawal to it is in progress.

Yes, as long as no withdrawal is in progress. Accounts you saved for your old country stay saved.

You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes that apply to your earnings. RocketMerit can't give tax advice, so please consult a qualified tax adviser.

Only use an account that belongs to you. If the withdrawal still says Requested or Reviewing, contact support straight away and we'll stop it. Then remove the wrong account in Wallet › Withdraw › Payout method and add the right one. Once a withdrawal is Paid, we can't pull it back, but we'll help you ask the bank to return it.
